Air Die Grinders

Our array of pneumatic die grinders is manufactured to operate at different speeds. The air die grinder has collet capacities of 6 mm and 3 mm. The sturdy and anti - corrosive products are capable of grinding excess weld, radii grinding in forging and other die making operation. All our die grinders can be easily operated at a working pressure of 6 kg/cm2. The product array is used in general engineering, automotive, aircraft and allied applications.

Pneumatic Grinders - S75

This high-speed pencil grinder has a speed of 75000rpm at 6 kg/cm² air pressure. A collet of 1/8" (or 3 mm) is provided. The weight of the tool is 0.140kg and exhaust is rear. This tool is ideal for radial grinding, deburring and finishing of tools dies and moulds. Air exhaust is rear and body diameter could be 16 mm or 19 mm. The pencil grinder finds its advantage in being extremely light weight. The pencil grinder could also be used to remove an electroplating layer for welding purposes.

Pneumatic Grinders - DG - 25K

Model DG - 25K with a speed at 25000 rpm helps remove burr from mild steel, stainless steel. This air grinders helps the fabricator get a clean finish and prevents accidents due to sharp metal points. The pneumatic grinder DG - 25K has got inbuilt adjustable flow and the speed can also be reduced using a pressure regulator.
