This machine mount type vacuum cleaner has a ball valve for on-off activation. This can be mounted on the table of the machine and suction tube end to be kept as close to the chip formation area. The delivery hose end could be kept into a chip collection drum covered with a filter cloth for air to escape. This unit has no moving parts hence no maintenance. Air required is 6 kg (85psi) and consumes 0.3 m/min in continuous operation. The machine mount vacuum cleaner eliminates the need for an operator to clean after machining operations. Chips are vacuumed at the instant of chip formation.

The air blast cleaners ( Blind Hole Cleaner ) has been specially designed for cleaning blind holes (tapped or drilled) where the operator usually blows with his mouth or uses an air blow gun to clean the chips and waste particles which when blown scatters on the floor. This unit directs air deep into the hole and then uses air backlash/ turbulence to force chips and other particles out of the hole via a 90 degree bend.
