These external Pneumatic Concrete Vibrators are maintenance free vibrators. They work on the principle of 2 rotors and a vane action. They have numerous advantages over similar electrical vibrators which makes them ideal of concrete vibration applications. 
Made on a totally automated shop floor these vibrators are of the highest quality with a life which could extend to more than 15 years. They require no frequency control, electrical wiring, and skilled operators. All you need is a pneumatic connection and a flow valve and start vibrating.

These do not require any maintenance and are easy to mount. All it requires is a pneumatic air connection and a flow valve. Skill level of operator required for these Pneumatic concrete vibrators is minimal.
