Description :
The SAN Laboratory High Shear Homogenizer is a compact, high-performance rotor-stator mixing / homogenizing device built by San Air Tools / San Industrial Goods Pvt. Ltd. for lab, R&D, pilot and small-batch applications. It is designed to provide precise, reproducible high-shear mixing, dispersion, emulsification, particle size reduction, and homogenization of small volumes (typically in the range of milliliters to a few tens of liters).

Rotor–Stator high shear head that draws material in, subjects it to intense shear in the clearance between rotor and stator, and expels it in a fine dispersion.

Stainless steel wetted / contact parts (e.g. SS316L or equivalent) to ensure corrosion resistance, chemical compatibility, and hygienic operation (especially for pharma, cosmetics, food).

Variable speed drive / motor to allow tuning of shear intensity for different formulations.

Bench / stand-mountable or top-entry arrangement to integrate into lab benches or pilot setups.

Compact footprint enabling use in limited lab space.
