General Description of Air Motors: San Air Tools air motors are of the vane motor type. Usually vane motors are coupled with a planetary gear box. The planetary gear box has been custom made to suit input speeds. Planetary gear boxes are provided to reduce output speeds and increase torque. Vane motors, a subset of the widely known category of air motors are also known as pneumatic stirrers in some industry sectors.

Our array of pneumatic die grinders is manufactured to operate at different speeds. The air die grinder has collet capacities of 6 mm and 3 mm. Used as a drilling tool, our range of air drills is made from high grade steel, brass and other alloys. These handy air drills are offered with straight and gun handle design. It has a chuck capacity of 6 mm and can operate at a speed of 1600 and 2500 rpm. Our cost-effective drills are capable of executing mass drilling of holes that is very much required in aircraft industry, rail coach, bus body assembly and other similar applications. It is operational at a working pressure of 6 kg / cm2. The pneumatically or air operated drill machine is available in straight type or gun type. Gun type pneumatic drill allows for easier horizontal drilling operations by the operator. This is especially important from the perspective of ergonomics to reduce worker fatigue. |
